since Loraine is the last pity aussy who still struggle for her exam,she didn't went out with Rachael n Penny tonight as she want to'study,anyway she's sick of PGP food n still want to save time for her study.Thus I brought her to a Grill Bar behind PGP-Hooegaarden.We had some nice western food there but the price is quite.......hehe.

emm.well today was consider unlucky for me n other Aussies as there was a minor accident happened among us.Mike,the tallest gu among us was trying to play"hide n seek" with Rachael in Orchard Road,but he didn't realized there is a glass wall in front of him n he just hit it.Emm....it was quite serious as at the first we can't stop the bleeding on his forehead,n all people who passed by just stopped n tried to find out wat actually happened.Unfortunately all clinics in Orchard Road was closed n I was so nervous as I'm the only local among them.So finally I decided to bring him to NUH n we had to wait so long for a cab.I glad we arrived NUH finally n Mke is okie after tat....but Prof Ian was so worried n keep calling me....n other Spsians as well.......

2nd day.....the NUS-UNSW Joint Summer Prog

ai...........dun really feel like want to wake up this morning.....
As the plan going on,we gathered all our Australian frens at PGP foyer this morning.Emm..as Wei Song,Gaurav n me struggled for our breakfast plan n finally we decided to go to our favourite(n cheap) place-Fong Seng.
Then,we took A2 bus from PGP terminal n alight at Temasek Hall.At the first we thought we knew the shortcut to Fong Seng via Temasek,but unfortunately,we lost.S o we hav to meet Yew Mun who came late at Eussolf Hall n let him lead the way to Fong Seng.
Well we feel released when we found that the aussies hav no problem with yhe Indian food-prata......but they really curious about some Malay words like:Nasi,teh tarik,susu halia,bee hoon....haha!tat's fun---emm..this is not fun for the shop owner who served us,he seems irritated to explain all the Indian food to them...........
After our breakfast,we went to Clementi n met Jun Liang there.As he is familiar with all the stuffs there,so we finally settled all the ordinary necessities for the Aussies-simcard,prepaid card,worldcard,slipper,short pants,Ez-link card.....
As our pity aussies hav to sit for the exam tomorrow,they dun really want to travel around anymore,so we went back to PGP earlier than wat we hav planned.
Becoz I'm sick of PGP food,me,yew man,juan hui,n mun keat went to Cityhall for Subway-famous for sandwich.Then I also introduced Ramune(japanese soft drink) to them n Juan Hui seems excited n she got one.(haha,she's a singaporean girl who crazy for Japanese n hav a good grasp of Japanese language.
then later we went to simling square as I'm looking memory stick for my digicam n yew mun need bluetooth for his PDA phone.
Finally we got wat we want n came back to PGP in extremely exhausted situation.......

2nd day.......NUS-UNSW joint summer prog...

during the dinner with Chinese Australian.....well it's a bit stange when u meet Chinese who can't speak mandarin.....anyway...they r all nice guys....they promise will let us hav an unforgettable experience when we go to sydney in Dec.....beside,I also feel great pleasure to meet a Physics major from them,he's name is Sean(he's a white people)is quite strange for me to meet someone(especially white) who r so shy n seems isolated.....anyway.......we hav a lot of topics as we r study the same thing.......

phew!!........really tired today.Emm......today is the day which the aussies from University of New South Wales arrive.As I (or rather Dean's office) already planned,I went to Changi Airport by 3.30pm as knowing they will arrive around 5.40pm.When I arrived there,I saw Prof Ian(vice dean from UNSW)already there with 2 student helpers.Later,other SPsians also arrived.(Gaurav,Juan Hui,Wei Wen).As I'm the tallest guys among them,I hav to hold the banners to let the aussies recognized us.The picture here show(from left):Gaurav,Juan Hui,Prof Ian,Wei Wen.(pity lah I'm the photographer too....)

Then,our Dean,Prof Tan Eng Chye treat us a nice lunch in NUS Guild House with Prof Ian.We sit together n discuss a lot about our prog.Beside,we also bring Prof Ian to SPS room n he really impress with wat we do in SPS,he said he saw a similar prog in MIT!(Massachussets Institute of Technology).
Finally,we met Ms Hilarie Yang from Dean's office.As wat I expect,they ask me to be the coordinator for our plan as those Australian students will stay in PGP.So I guess I will be extremely busy next week for a long list of tour tat Dean office plan for them!Anyway,I guess I'll enjoy it as I want to make more frens!!!
T oday I also knew tat one of my singaporean fren(SPsian too) will go for a summer prog in Kyushu University,Japan.really envy u,Ming Xian!

wow I'm quite busy today since from the early morning.First,I woke up late this morning around 9.40am,n I hav to attend a meeting to meet the vice dean,Prof Ian Mckw..(sorry,forgot his name!) from University of New South Wales,Sydney.Me n other 7 SPsians met him at Dean Office Seminar room to discuss about the NUS-UNSW joint summer prog which I'm joining now.He is very curious wat we will plan for the Australian students tat will arrive in Singapore this Saturday.Beside,he also intraduce a few cities in Australia to us n UNSW already plan for the trip to these cities when we arrive in Sydney on 4/12/05 december.He promise it will be the best study prog tat we will experience ever!As being 1 of the 10 spsians tat being sponsored,I feel a bit stressful liao!haha.

Thanks NUS High Camp,wat I really earn in this camp is not only money,but more important is I learned how to interact with those teachers n lecturers,n students as well.Beside,the SPsians also know each other better.It's really important for me as I will go to Australia for the winter prog with the other 8 sps seniors n yew mun,I'm glad I know them now.
